My employer submitted H4 Extension applications along with your H-1B extension, which was filed under premium processing on February 27, 2025. Question 1: Will my wife and son be considered out of status or VISA overstay while their extension is still being processed? any major impact with this situation ? Also, what happens if their extension gets denied? I hope it's not considered an overstay situation in either circumstances .
