I am a new comer at this forum. We have done I485 interview at Boston office on March 1, 2005. Me, wife and son got approved same day and have plastic cards already. However, my 15-year old daughter’s case was not approved because of FBI security check pending. I went to Boston office last week and ask an officer about timeframe how long she is supposed to wait, but he did not have any idea about it. Does somebody have similar experience? I appreciate any comments or suggestions.
