My PD is going to be current after june 1st 2007.
My I140 is pending and i have option to file my 485. My daughter (US citizen) is staying in India. Will it be okay to file 485 with out her presence in USA?
You are filing for Employment Based green-card. Your daughter is irrelevant to you application. Since she is a US citizen, you don't need to adjust her status. It does not matter whether she is here or in India.
