Hello. I live in the USA.
My cousin won the lottery last year or so he and his family thought they were in and made many plans. Turns out that he didn't know that he was only pre selected and in the end they were denied because of the coronavirus not even 55 people got it. Only I think 12000.
But even without coronavirus getting selected is not winning. Some people are very ignorant and they don't read the small letter.
I think this could be a lesson for other people. Just don't be dumb like that. Don't sell your house and things like this.
