I spoke with IIO.

I spoke with three persons today. one is the customer service rep , next ins officer then her superviosor at VSC. She told me the cases are assigned to officer and processing will hear withing 100 days.

Also i enquired abt the 765 renewal she told me currently it is taking 120 days of time. So next onwards apply ur EAD renewal 120 days piror to expiration date ,may be they will change the interim policy after 120 days from 90 days.

Thanks

Are you sure you spoke to an officer at VSC, not NCSC? If you are, could be please give more details on how you managed to get through?

I tried to get through to an IIO at VSC several times, but the best outcomes so far were customer service reps transferring me to immigration officers at NCSC (on two occasions) who were totally useless both times. I asked the magic phrase "Connect me to Tier 2 officer" everyone I talked to, but it seemed to have no effect. Customer reps ended up connecting me to NCSC (not VSC) officers, who in turn refused to connect me to anyone else.

All I'm trying to do is to pass the message that I never received the RFE letter they sent me on Dec 3. The immigration officer I spoke to today told me that I better send a letter to VSC notifying them that I did not receive RFE letter, otherwise my case may be denied because of the failure to respond to RFE on time. She told me that she would love to help, but there is nothing she can do except sending another inquiry to VSC. No fax number at VSC, no way to put me through to them or for her to call them. I'll send the letter of course, but I bet nobody is gonna read it in the next 100 years.
