but with wrong nationality, so I returned it to the national benefit center at Lee's Summit, MO. I was told that it will take about 6 months to get a new card. I will move the next month, still in the same city though. Where and how should I file the address change form? Thanks.
my conditional GC was issued to me on April 25.
