Visa based on minor child\'s citizenship?
I am mother of 3 sons who were born in the USA and are holders of USA citizenship and passports. They are currently in secondary school in the Florida area. I have been staying with them on a tourist visa. The 6 month tourist visa renewal requirement is a tremendous strainand burdenon me. I would be grateful if someone with an understanding of the US Immigration law could advise me of what legal avenues are available to me in order to opt for a less strainful visa in order to stay in an uninterrupted fashion and supervise their studies and provide for them?
