My case has been transferred to San Francisco office for an Interview. It says that it would take several months to get a date? Is this true? How long does it take to fix an interview? Is it difficult to get thru the interview? Could you please share your experiences? Any denials after interview?

What are the documents I need to carry for the interview.

Any help regarding this would be appreciated....

Thanks....

Case transferred on 05/11/2004
No change in address.

Usually takes a few months to set up the interview. But yet to see someone rejected after the interview. If you have no problems in your case, there is no cause for rejection. Speak with your lawyer and he will advise you as to the documents you need for the interview. Usually lawyers will accompany you to the interview and head off any questions that you field that is not pertinent to the case.

For specific cases search the archives and you will find tons of them. For some time INS sent out quite a few interview calls and we had a thread to track those.

Good luck and keep us informed.
