As per AVM my case (including spouse) was transferred to local INS office (Newark, NJ)on 02/05/01. In AVM, they mentioned Loal INS will send you a letter with the interview date. Please provide me some information that how long it will take to get that letter from Local INS. Is there any problem in my application? Why they transferred my case to local INS? Please help and provide some valuable suggestions!!! too, how to prepare for interview.
