my case status is disappeared!

I applyed for i-485 from K-1 in 04/2004 . I have not approved yet. I have already had interview in 04/2005. I did not be given stamp at the interview. because the officer said he is waiting for a document. I didnt ask him what was it? I guess he is waiting for contact from FBI' fingerprint and name check. He also said he will sent the dicision in three weeks after interview and then I will get green card. But I did not recieve anything. So I called service center. And then a few weeks later, I had letter from USCIS. It said I had to taken FP. I already did 07/2004 before! But I had taken FP twice because first one was expired. A week later, my case status was updated. It said "my case was resumed,..." Today I checked my case status at web site. I found my case status was disappeared!! Whats going on??????
My case is suspended? or it is a part of processing of I-485 before approval?

Dose anybody had a same experience?
 
Take it easy, According to a lot of people's experience, it's a part of processing of before approval. It seems that USCIS system has this bug.. Good luck.

Don't panic, is just the website. Normally with time to time, with updates or not, the cases at the website won't appear. Actually my case didn't appear until almost a month after I received my NOA's and time to time they don't appear.
In your case, I will make an INFOPASS and check what document they are waiting for, probably after this FP you will get more information and will be by mail (that is how you really will know things).

I cant be take it easy. Because my EAD will expire next month. I did not apply for renewal. I expect I will recieve GC before expiration date. If i did not get GC in EAD's expiration, I have to stop working. Anyway I hope I will get GC soon.

Well, we are saying take it easy due to your observation that your case didn't appear on the USCIS website, that part is pretty common.
About your EAD, is very problematic if you trust that in x months you will receive your green card when many things can happen (like name check or don't have a stamp and a delay in your green card arrival) Saying this, is better to apply for renewal now and at least you can show your employer that you apply for renewal if he accepted and it's okay with it.
FP last (because USCIS doesn't keep the records) 15 months.

Don't try to save money (if that's the case)by waiting for the GC. You just never know when it's going to be your day- it could be tomorrow or it could be months from now-you just never know- I've read many posts similar to yours and some people are still waiting.

Apply for your EAD-your pending application maybe sufficient for your employer-it is better to be safe than sorry.

Almost forgot- officer told me he would mail a decision-know what I got... same thing as you, a letter with an appointment to do fingerprints!! If they failed you before- why would you risk it and put so much trust in them?

I got welcome notice today!
I am very happy to have got it. So I am be able to work without stop. I just wanted to save money for nenewal EAD card. because the fee was up recently. and then I would have to go to be taken fingerprint to city again. It is costy for me. But now all of my concern has gone! The notice says I will get GC in three weeks.

Yes, I saw three cases almost 100% that online information disappeared then followed by welcome letter the next day. But it still lack of evidence that this is a bug in USCIS system.
