The details of my case is attached below in my signature.
I had my A.O.S interview back in august-23rd and the I.O told
us that all is well but for namecheck which is still pending.
He told us that interviews are arranged much faster these days.
When asked how much time it would take for the name check to be cleared,
he requested us to wait until october.
After reading the name check thread on this forum, I was kind of worried if I will also be a victim of NC like some of those who have been waiting for ages.
I decided to wait for six months or so before taking any action.
Later my husband and I scheduled an infopass appointment on 11/16
to find out the status. The I.O didn't provide us with any details other
than saying that we should expect something by mail in the next 30 days.
And today when we checked the mail, I found the approval notices
for I-130 and I-485. One less thing to worry about now.
