Couple minutes ago I got two duplicate emails from uscis which said my case has finally been approved today! (That's the new feature of uscis on line service). I checked the on line message immediately and it's true!

Notice date: 4/02
First FP: 9/02
RFE received: 1/2/04
Second FP: 1/9/04 (went earlier)
Called FBI for name check info: 2/23/04
FBI called back on 3/10/04, said my name check cleared on 3/8/04
and result forwarded to uscis.
case approved: 4/21/04
I think it's helpful to call FBI for name check result.
