Which category (EB1-EA, EB1-OR, or NIW) is most suitable to me.

1. Currently a postdoc at a top20 university
2. One national award (actually it's a national scholarship for outstanding students)
3. As a award recipient, my name was listed three times on newspaper.
4. The research of my previous lab was reported several times. But my name was not mentioned.
5. Authored or co-authored 25 journal (national and international) and conference papers. Two first-author patents have been issued.
6. Made more than ten times presentations at national and international conferences.
7. More than 30 citations. But only ten of them are independent citations.
8. Reviewer of three top journals, and one national journal.
9. Regular member of IEEE and AIP
10. May get some good reference letters

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

What exactly is a "top 20" university?

Your reference letters will have to be good to get this through. Not impossible, though.

1-4: don't mean much
5: is but need to explain 7 which seems to be low
6: goes along with 5 unless you were an invited speaker
8: good as long there's a proof
9: doesn't count
10. will need those

I think that if the university will provide with a job letter and you get good reference letters you should be able get an OR approved, unless of course there's a reason your research would qualify you for NIW.
