My case approved wife's case got RFE

Mine and my daughter's case has been approved on April 5th and even we got the approval notice. Now today 04/17/2003 BCIS generated a RFE for My wife's case. Why do they generate RFE after main case is approved? My wife's case is dependent case. Any thoughts.

RFE could be medical or birth certificate related. I am not sure. can you please post the details once you receive in mail.

even it could be Marriage Certificate, Supporting evedance etc or spelling problem
 
Medical or BC

It is most likely a Medical issue. Was you wife nursing a newborn or pregnant at the time which may've caused her to delay certain immunizations?

I think this is a minor issue that will be easily explained away after all the primary is approved.
