Hello, all my 485 buddies,
My case was approved on July 25th, 2002 per AVM. I just checked it out by AVM and it did surprise me since I am looking forward to receiving a RFE.
Anyway, my information is as below:

NIV EB2 CHN
PD 04/19/2001
I-140 approving date 05/22/2001
485 RD 07/03/2002
485 ND 08/17/2002
FP 03/26/2002
No EAD & AP
AD 07/25/2002 Per AVM
Wife's case has not been approved yet. But her case was submitted just one month ago. So, still one year to go.
The whole process took me one year and three months. But I wasted almost one year and half in my lawyer for paper works preparing.
I have been in States for almost 6 years and half. F-1, PT, 1st H-1, 2nd H-1, then GC. What a journey and what a relief!
Well, This site is extremely helpful and i really appreciate those people maintaining this site. Through this long stressful journey, I figure out that the emotional support is the most important thing to everybody. I am sure everyone here will get to the shore eventually. Hang on there and you will be the last person(s) smiling at the end.
Wish your guys best
PS. This is the first time for me to leave messages since the new site was on. Please update my case in the rupnet, too.
