My RFE case was approved.

485 RD - 10/22/2001
485 ND - 12/02/2001
RFE Received by Attorney - 10/28/2002
RFE Reply received by INS - 11/12/02
AD - 1/31/2003
IND-NJ-EB3

I have been following all cases very closely. It looks like all those who got an RFE in Oct/Nov/Dec RFE are being approved.

I will answer any questions that people may have.

How long it took, have you been with lawyer?

My labor was filed in Oct 2000.
I did not have an interview, only an RFE.

What makes you feel that INS is processing December cases. Do you know of anyone who got DEC approval???

I thought that RFE means interview. So you actually send them documents without going to them, yes?
My sallary is also lower then in LC, good to know that this is no problem.
