After reading all the rumors and bad news, I called my attorney, and ask if she heard any related news, and she said hard 'NO'. And I also asked when I can expect my approval for Jan case, and she said VSC is processing Nov through Jan cases now so I should be getting it anytime soon.
Let's just stick to the good news....

i wish what your attorney says is true, but she looks unrealistically optimistic - VSC seems to be giving us another *halt* that we painfully saw last fall.

Thanks for sharing this info. Also, "waitedlong's" approval seems to support what your attorney said.
