my application for I-485 is denied ,I need urgeny help!

Hi,
I applied for I-485 and I got a letter showing that is denied because I didn't go for the FP ! but I've never get any letter for FP!!!!
1-can any one help me what should I do now?
2-how can I make sure that next time I will have my letters from INS ,because this time I even didn't change my address for long time and I have no Idea what happend!
I would really appriciated if you can help me ASAP.

You can file an MTR with $385 fee stating what happened. Further, Update your address so that you receive the FP notice.

Why don’t you visit the uscis website for the InfoPass?

Are you also on a valid --'dual intent non-immigrant' visa right now(like H1 or L1)?
If not, you are in difficult situation straight away.
As 485 is denied you don't have the stay legal.
If that is the case, don't play.
FIRST,MOST IMPORTANT IS-
1)Talk to (YOUR) / an attorney,
2)file MTR or so.. explaining all your valid reasons,as said by prq20.
Then go to infopass or anywhere you want.
If you file your counter ,after the allowed period. period.
Period.
you mayl be subject to 'removal'.
