It's not me,but my father who has the core problem.

It says here that " in 1998, you submitted fradulent supporting documents to American Embassy in Seoul, Korea when applying for a non - immigrant visa. You then violated (complicated bs)..."

"You are not eligible for a waiver of the inadmissiblity because you have no qualifying immediate relative. Therefore, you are inadmissible to the United States."

It says here that I also can't " adjust status."

It also says something about unlawful presence.

"Any alien over 18 years of age who is illegally in the US after April 1, 1997 and accrues siz months or more of unlawful presence will be prohibited from being admitted to the United States should that person depart this country and again seek readmission within three years. If an alien is illegally in the US for more than 1 year, depart the US and seek and again seeks readmission within ten years the alien will be prohibited entry."

" In accordance with ... your authorization to accept employment was limited ot the time necessary to decide the case. Inasmuch as your application for adjustment has been denied, authorization to accept employment is therefore terminated."

Can anyone tell me what this exactly means?

In case anyone needs it, I was born in Korea in 1994 and am currently 16 years old

He didn't apply for citizenship, he applied for adjustment of status to get a green card.

How long did your father overstay his visa?

What was the basis of his green card application? His parent sponsored him? His brother or sister? His employer?
