Guys,
When my attorney did a concurrent filing of
I-140/I-485/EAD/AP at Vermont,
Vermont center sent back I-485 papers requesting
to file at local Newark office. My I-140 is pending in
Vermont. (filed on June-16, 2004)
Has anybody encountered similar situation?
My labor was approved from Tennesse (Employer location),
I live and work at client site in NJ. Job position in Labor
(item-7) was mentioned as anywhere in US.
Any information would be appreciated.
