I just called VSC, and based on the phone message, my 485 is approved today (Oct 27).

I called 4 IIOs (one lady + 3 man) for the past three months. All information from them was wrong, not to mention that all of them are very rude.
I called fourth IIO on Oct 17, and was told that I had to wait for another 4 months.
I\'m glad that my GC processing ordeal is done.
