My 485 approved, my wife not

I just got a notice that my 140 and 485 were approved today and that the card was ordered. How long does it take nowdays to get the card in the mail from Vermont PC?

Also, my wife is on H4 and was getting the GC through me. Why was hers not approved? I suspect since the 140 was processed in my case (the processing date is current, but the 485 is 9 months delay) that my 140 and 485 were approved at the same time. But since she does not have an I-140 application we will have to wait for her approval? Can we get USCIS to adjudicate hers as well sooner then the processing time posted?

Hello similar case, got my GC last November, we had priority date May 2005, we still ahve nto received my wife's GC, is this normal (getting them on different times?) How long does it usually take after getting the forst to get the other?

Same here my I485 approved but not for my son and wife.

In my friend's case it is the other way-- his wife got the approval but neither the primary nor their daughter..Is this normal or what does this mean actually?
 
Last time I talked with my lawyer I was told they are seeing that case a lot ( dependants getting GC first than principal)

Any inputs from anybody ?
 
they process individual person's case (not together). Sometimes they wanted to check background, secured information, or bona fide marriage, etc..

Don't worry, your dependents will be approved.
