My 485 Approved and Stamped while wife\'s is not!!

I got my Passport stamped while my wife\'s case did not come through yet. The reason for this being, I got married after I filed my 485 and did a "Follow to Join". She has a valid AP and EAD (she did not work until now). Her finger printing is tommorow. She plans to go to India in a few months. Her RD is December 2000 and so she should get her approval sometime in first quarter of 2002. Would it be safe for her to travel on AP while waiting for her approval knowing that the primary applicant\'s case has been approved? Would there be any complications?

I don\'t know why you worry about it. If your wife has a valid AP, and
carries all the paperwork, there should not be any issue.

To the best of my knowledge there should be no problem with travel if she has an EAD and AP. A couple I know travelled separately and told me that the immigration guys did\'nt even bother once they saw the AP and EAD.

Thank you guys. I was only worried because the primary applicant (me) has approval while she (dependant) is waiting.
