I am working for Comp A on H1b visa from last 2 years. Comp B has offered me a job and applied for H1b transfer. But i didnt join Comp B till date.
Later, Comp C has offered me a job and applied for H1b transfer through premium processing.
Now, if i want to join Comp B again, can i do that ? Or Comp B has to apply for h1b trasnfer again ? (I hope not).
Also, what if comp B's h1b trasnfer app is still pending and Comp C's h1b transfer app has approved through premium processing. Can i still go ahead and join Comp B ? I am still with Comp A.
