I had RFE Issued on June 24th on my case. I have not received RFE from lawyer yet.
and Just now i received Approval email which reads as follows. My online status has also changed to approved.
My wife case is still pending.

Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or to
Adjust Status

14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to

This is very interesting. I guess when the officer was about to issue your a RFE, he/she changed his/her mind, because there is nothing he/she can issue a RFE.
Just take it! Congratulations!!! I'm sure your wife's approval will come soon.

them up and find out . ensure as soon as possible you do get the approval letter. i would print out the online message for my record...they might deny that later

Sounds like another case of an IIO pressing the wrong button for the wrong case. It happened to me also.

curiousGeorge, I was looking if similar experience any one had.

yesterday,lawyer called and confirmed that my case is approved. My wife got approval emails today . Her rd/nd is the same as mine.
Great forum great friends. Its like my station has come. Feeling bad to miss you all.
