I went through tough times since beginning of 2005 when my Rd crossed the processing times. Called TSC several times for status. got several responses saying that it is pending. First FP expired in mar 2005. Never got FP until SEP. Went to local INS center and got the notice. Gave the FP the next day which is Sep 1st. Called several times after that . some times even 3 to4 times a day.Came to know that file was sent to national records center by mistake.
Wrote letters to TSC director and Ombudsman office. Called Ombudsman office and one nice person said, he will call TSC and see the situation. Got approval email today.I thought I should let you know about this , since I have learned all these from this portal, like how to call TSC directly using the options, writing to TSC director and ombudsman. I SHOULD THANK THIS FORUM AND ALL OF YOU. DON'T GIVE UP .JUST KEEP ON TRY. CALL TSC AS MANY TIMES AS YOU CAN. YOU MAY GET ATLEAST ONE NICE PERSON AMONG TEN CALLS.
