i think murthy may be correct-
could be that BCIS would have done all the background checks on all the I-485 applications and but they simply sit on doing nothing. since most of us have 1-140 approved and most of us have crossed that stupid 180 days rule, now- BCIS should approve the cases there is no other option.

I thought this would be clear by now:

The chat was quoted out of context. The comment was in continuation of a conversation clarifying AC21. BCIS aint approving anyone overnight. Get real!

I would have liked to believe it as much as anyone.
