Murthy gets Nov 16th Approval

So they are looking at november cases....

They always make mistake with RD & ND.
This happened before also.
That's the ND not RD eventhough they show as Receipt Date.

I don't think it's a mistake, Oct cases have Dec ND, such as 053, 054, the law firm must have received 053 054 approvals so far, therefore 11/16 ND won't be the most recent.

Actually, as I listed in my previous postings, some 059 cases were processed. I think it's a Nov case.

information on LOSM Client Processing times. Under the
APPROVAL NOTICES, can you please confirm whether the
Receipt Date is actually the Receipt Date and not the
Notice Date. I'm particularly interested in the I485s in
Vermont Service Center, they don't seem to have been
updated for quite sometime.

Murthy.com is always ahead of the INS

Murthy.com always showed processing times ahead of the actual. Rupnet is a fair indicator. INS Vermont might start Nov shortly.

Though Rupnet is valid indicator of approvals, not many people are updating the site as you would expect them to be.
