Among other documents, the checlist of documents that need to mailed to Mumbai Consulate for H4 visa contains, Additional Questionnaire in original, and Photocopy of the Notice of action (Form I-797). I am on H1 and applying for H4 visa for my fiance, what should I mail for these two documents?
Also, is there any requirements about the type of print out that should be mailed for the various forms/documents (one sided vs two sided)?
