Mumbai FRRO

I saw people posting their experiences in Delhi and Chennai FRRO. And felt like Mumbai FRRO experiances are left out. This thread possibly will address that or can be joined if already exists.

Here is my question:

1. How long does it take to apply for family OCI in Mumbai FRRO?
2. What point of time should we send our passport or can we get it stamped at Mumbai FRRO?

Any information would help.
