Simple Stats.....no predictor of future...

The total number of interviews (all categories including, F, K, E, C, etc.) have dropped from 904 to 755 (Jan 2002 to Feb 2002). The total number of E category interviews have dropped from 106 to 88 in the same period. However, percentage-wise, E category interviews are still at 11.7% of the total IV interviews.

can it be cos\' Feb has 28 days and one holiday

though i know Jan had a couple of holidays too, still a diff of 2 days makes a diff of 10%...

May be...

Definitely, less number of days (3) can reduce the case by 100-150.
