Mumbai CP Questions!

Hi,

My wife and I have a CP interview in Mumbai on May 14th. I have the following questions:

1) Can anyone point me to a paranoid's list of things to take?
2) Is there a size requirement on passport photos for Medical? Are the regular Walgreens/Costco Poleroids alright?
3) Does the passport have to be stamped with PCC issuance?
4) My Birth Certificate has my first name, my father's full name and my mother's full name. It is in english. But it does not have my full name. Is that alright?

[ Regular passport size photographs. Should be OK ]

3) Does the passport have to be stamped with PCC issuance?

[ Yes]

4) My Birth Certificate has my first name, my father's full name and my mother's full name. It is in english. But it does not have my full name. Is that alright?

[ This is kind of tricky. But should be OK. Take one affidavit from
your parents , just in case ]
