Mumbai AC I-140

Hi Guys,

1) Does Mumbai still accepts AC I-140 cases? Any resent experiences after Jan 1st?
2) Who creates the case # consulate or NVC?
3) do we have to wait for the 824 Approval notice?

Yes

Mine is an AC140 case at mumbai, interview date: Jan 23
The consulate creates case number not NVC
You need only I-824 receipt to file your case (don\'t have to wait for the approval)
