Hi,
Is it possible to have multiple I140's at the same time in the following scenarios:
1) One in EB3 and one in Eb2
2) Both are in EB3 category
3) Both are in EB2 category.
I wanted to check with gurus that the Multiple labor rule does not apply to I140. Even if both are applications processed at the same center i.e. NSC or TSC, If they find that both the I140 belong to one person are they going to revoke one or they don't up to that level of checking....
Let's say you can't have multiple Labors under PERM...
