Since these days getting Green card is time taken process and as of now because of the backlog I do not see my green card approval in next 2-3 years.
I filed my I-485 in Feb-2004. I got my I-140 approval and also I did my finger printing. As of now the date running for my case is 1999 so I am seeing that I will have my I-485 approved some time in next 2-3 years
Do you think USCIS should give multiple year EAD same as they are talking about giving multiple year H1B extension after completing 6 years.
any thoughts?
