Hi,
I got my first H-1 in April of 2001 from company 'A' (my OPT expired in June 2001 & my F-1 visa expired in August of 2000) and continued in the job until August of 2001 before transferring my H-1 to company 'B' in september of 2001. Now company 'B' is holding my H-1 application. I want to go to Mexico for multiple stamping. As I said, my F-1 visa expired in August of 2000 and I don't have any kind of stamping in my passpost for any of my H-1 visas.
Do you see any problem in getting a multiple entry visa in my case ?? Please help. Thanks in advance.
