Multiple Petition

Hi, first of all I am so amazed with all the information I just read in the forum. It is very informative. Thanks for the law offices of Khanna. Great job!!

Question:

I am a naturalized us citizen and will petition my mother and once she become green card holder, she will petition my sister under 2b. She will be turning 60 years old soon. My plan is:

1) I will also file a petition for my sister under F4. Because my mom is approaching 60 yrs old and I know, it'll take a while to approve her petition too, and I'm just thinking ahead for future circumstances.
2.) Will the immigration allow two different petition (2b thru my mother, and F4 thru me)

yes, your sister can have multiple petitions. in fact, you should file an I-130 for her sooner rather than later.
