multiple NIW I-140 /I-485

Hello everyone,

Please help this question:

I have a question. I am planning to submit my NIW to Texas Center soon since It is fast and seems easier.

But I will move to Michigan in December. Since the area that I will work will be same, the NIW will be fine if be approved.

My plan is that I will file another NIW-140 /OR-140 once I move to Michigan if the NIW in Texas is still in pending.

My question is:

case 1:
Should I fill concurrent with I-485 now? If I do the concurrent filling now [To Texas]

What should I do when I fill a new NIW-140 to Nebraska Center? Can I submit the new I-485 form?

Also sinec the I-485 is pending, does that will affect my new H1 application?


case 2:
Assume I just file NIW/I-140 and don't do concurrent filling [To Texas].

And I will fill a new NIW-140 and concurrent I-485 to Nebraska Center in December. And assume I am lucky and get NIW approved in Texas soon after
my new concurrent NIW/485 filled to Nebraska Center, then What should I do?

1) You should file concurrent with the application you feel more confident, because you can have only one I-485 pending. A pending I-485 doesn't affect your H1 application as long as you don't go for EAD (you can apply for but not use it)

2) I heard different things from different person who easy or difficult it is to attach a pending I-485 from one concurrent filing to another approved I-140.
