Hi,
My husband has 2 labors approved. 1 applied in 2005 that got approved recently and the other one applied in 2006 that was filed in PERM. (Both labors filed by the same employer)
Now we have:
1.For 2005 filing: labor approved
2.For 2006 filing(PERM): labor and I-140 approved.
I am on H1 B and want to file for I485 as a beneficiary to my husband’s application.
My question:
Which labor is best to pursue to get EAD and green card sooner?
I’m aware that if we go ahead with 2005 filing, we can apply for I-140, I-485 and EAD together. Will it take more time to get me the EAD as compared to the 2006 application (for which we would apply for only I-485 and EAD)? If so, how long?
Appreciate your time.
