Can we have labor applications filed by two different employers at the same time? Please let me know if this is allowed or not.

Hi Vijayan_r,

I have applied 2 labour certification from 2 different state. 1st is through my employer that I am currently working with and the second one is through one of our Sub.Company in different state. I dont know if sub.company is considered as different employer or not.
