Multiple Jobs EAD - Principal Applicant

Hello All !!

My wife is a Physical Therapist and she is principal applicant for our Green card process.

My Question is -

Currently she is working in a Staffing company , Our I-140 also approved , can she work at a different facility part time using the EAD , I mean can she work multiple jobs since she is the principal applicant ,,

I think she can do multiple jobs as long as she keeps the primary job who sponsored the GC.

She can do any number of jobs using her EAD. She does NOT have to keep the primary job as mentioned before ...

All that is required is that she join the sposoring employer AFTER her 485 gets approved - that's all is the requirement for EB green cards.

But many interpret is as being safer joining the sponsoring employer much before that

FYI -- once she uses her EAD, she loses any non-immigrant status (like H/L etc) even though she continues to work for the original employer. It also means that dependents lose their derivative non-immig status as well. So she will have to use the EAD to work on all of the jobs.
