My I485 is currently pending, I havn't past the name check yet and don't know how long that will take. Right now, my boyfriend is asking to get married and move to another state, he is an US citizen, my question is can I apply for a new I485 based on Marriage while my current employment based I485 is pending? It is hard to quit the process at this stage since it's been going on for so long, but the thing is we can't just wait for the approval that means we will have to live in different states during the time waiting, it is a question mark if my I485 will get approved and how long it could take.
