I got my LC and I-140 approval from my company and got 3 years extn based on I-140, recently my company got a approval for a pending LC (applied for a different person) with PD 2002, both LCs are applied in EB2 RIR and same job title, if I want to use the PD 2002 LC do I need to cancel my I-140 and apply it again? or can I apply new I-140 by keeping the old one as it is?, do you see any issues for either one option.
