When the priority dates were made current last month, we took immunization shots and got I-693 from the civil surgeon, and my wife filed for AOS on July2'nd.
As we all know all everything is held up till Oct 2007.
If USCIS looses our filings for some reason, can I request the doctor to issue another set of I 693 (with the same date as the original one), as we just got our medicals done? Is that legal, or we are supposed to take new tests again?
