Multiple I-485

Wife is USC and I485 was concurently filed with I130 in mid May-07.

Meantime, my priority date on Employer filed green card (EB2) is CURRENT and I can also file I-485 on this basis too!!

Can someone file more than one I-485 at the same time?

If you want to pay twice as much. Yes, you can file both.

I would say go with filing through marriage with your wife.

Whatever you do, do so before July 30th 2007, as the new fees kick in.
