Multiple I-485

HI

Has anybody applied I-485 as a dependent on spouse I485 while his/her I485 is being processed. Can there be a situation like that? Pls. respond to this with as much as info you know.

Pavan. Posting multiple times only irritates people on this board. Don\'t do that. Post once and hope for an answer. If no one answers, try posting again a little later.

Regarding multiple 485s. I have the same opportunity. I filed for my 485, through my employer in April 2000. In 2 months, I will be getting married to a US citizen. I posted a question on this board enquiring if I had a better opportunity with that. I was told that I should just stick to my original, since it is close to a year since I filed.

Anyway there was a posting on this board some time ago may be in February, saying that he applied mulitple I-485 and got approved.
