multiple I-485 filling (URGENT)

Hi there,

I need your URGENT Assistance. Can we file multiple I-485 for the same person?

here is my details. My employer is going to file I-485, EAD and AP for me, my spouse and our daughter. My wife is on h1 and her employer is also going to file only I-485 for all three of us. Is this possible?

My attorney is saying we can not do that. Her attorney is saying we can file multiple I-485 nut NOT EAD.

Please guide.
