Multiple I-140's and porting priority date

All,

I have two approved labor certifications & one approved I-140 & another I-140 pending @ NSC.I would like to find out my options to port priority date.

1st Labor
EB3
Title: Programmer Analyst (BE+2 years exp)--Current Title
Prority Date: Mid 2002
I-140 approved early Aug'06.

2nd Labor
EB2
Title: Sr Programmer Analyst (BE + 5 years) -- Future Title
Priority Date: Mid 2006
I-140 pending since June'06

Both of these are from same company...2nd one as future employee since i didn't have 5 years exp before joining this company.
I would like to know if it's possible for me to port EB3 priority date to my new EB2 application (please note titles are different).
If so, what's the procedure since 2nd I-140 is pending @ NSC now.
If i am allowed to port the priority date, what happens to old I-140..will it still be valid??..
I need to use my old approved I-140 to get 3 year H1B extn.

I really appreciate if anyone can shed some light on this..
