Multiple I-140

I have applead the denial of my 140 for education issue (Does not have US equivalen 4 years degree. Inspite of adding 3 years of indian degree and 3 years of experiance and others diplomas) and it is sitting with AAO since Feb'05. Mean while I was think can I apply a fresh new I-140 with the same LC for same employer and same for alien.

All suggestions are welcome and thanks in advance.
