our I-140 was approved(NIW). We had a rejection on the category of EB1&my labor certification is half way through. My question is should we inform INS about the rejected category(I didn't respond to the REF since I already got an approval)&labor processing. my lawyer insist we should state all that , in the apllication form(I-485 forms) .I am worried whether it will affect my current &approved one.does anybody had similar experience&can you share your thoughts on this.thanks
